Found the car through a broker and was approved for finance. The car was available straight away and picked up the next working day. I was told it had passed MOT and had a service before the car was collected. Drove as far as Bristol and the UREA light came on as well as a grinding noise coming from the front left tyre, i called the garage and they told me to wait a couple of days and if it’s still a problem take it to my local garage. Due to the grinding noise, i booked it in with my local garage straight away. The day after the engine management light came on, my garage checked the car over and came back with possibly £2000 worth of work that needed to be fixed. The oil pump/oil pump sensor needed fixing, the ball joint/wheel bearing needed replacing, the clutch needed replacing and the thrust bearing along with problems with the ADBLUE sensor plus more that my garage has told me but i can’t recall off the top of my head. The garage was informed and i was told to bring the car back the next day (i live over an hour away from the garage). i was also told there would be a courtesy car waiting for me. I arrived the next day and the courtesy car was not there and they didn’t know when it was going to arrive. We also checked the service book and there was no evidence of a service being done before i collected it let alone the fact it wouldn’t have passed MOT with a wheel bearing needing replacing nor would it pass with an admissions fault.

I would like to reply and apologise that the UREA light came on the day after you collected the car. We did service and mot the car the week before you collected. We were ready to loan you a car and fix the problem but the last customer was late returning the loan car and your partner was swearing that the loan car wasn't ready for you. When you weren't prepared to wait I offered you an immediate refund which you accepted.

Looking for a second hand Yeti I saw one advertised on the Langman's website and arranged to visit. The car was absolutely as described and performed well on our test drive. Richard was courteous and helpful throughout; he pointed out a couple of minor defects which he had corrected by the time we collected the car. Richard kept in regular touch with us, all the paperwork was done with minimum fuss and collection was trouble-free. Richard and Liam were a pleasure to deal with and the whole experience effortless. Highly recommended.

Purchased a Pugeout 208 in September collected the vehicle which was very clean and tidy, I purchased from Bridport on line the sale and collection was seamless.. A couple of issues where rectified on the day I can't thank Richard and Adrian enough for their help. Great car, great drive, great people. 5*.

I recently bought a car from Langmans in Trowbridge. I'm very happy with the car. It's just what I wanted, came with a fresh MOT and full service history. There was a problem with the car after I bought it, I returned to have the work done at Langmans. There were no issues and they were happy to honour the three month warranty no quibbles. Richard and Adrian are very friendly and helpful and I think they went out if their way to provide a good service. Would happily recommend and buy from them again. Thank you.

Best dealership I've ever dealt with. Richard was extremely friendly and helpful and just a general delight to do business with. A small problem cropped up shortly after purchase and, although it didn't affect the running of the car as such, Richard didn't hesitate in getting it repaired to make sure I had a fully working vehicle. I would have full confidence buying from Langman's again.

Really great service and experience of buying my car. Not bought a car on my own before, but from start to finish Richard was very helpful, professional and friendly. Bought a Citroen C3 , which did consequently have some issues that were not evident on my purchase. I was unable to get it fixed at my local garage, but Richard took it back and sorted me out with no questions. Would highly recommend Langmans for a place to buy a car and for service and repairs!

Brought my car from here 1 year ago whilst in the lockdown situation. The guy couldn’t be more helpful and polite when trying to sell you a car, he would go above and beyond and he even said he would give me a new full MOT and Service. I’m only young and went to this garage and trusted that I was being sold a car that’s decent and works. Within 2 weeks of having the car the clutch snapped away from the engine along with the break cord. This was then fixed back at the garage but took a week as wrong parts were ordered. I’m now having to pay £400 to fix the car as it has failed the lastest MOT.... when I have barely been driving this last year due to all the lockdown restrictions and not working. It failed due to Having serious faults with the wheel alignment and the tyres being dangerous and very very old. I was told this should have been seen and sorted when I brought the car a year ago but it wasn’t. STAY AWAY! Overpriced cars that need a lot of work doing to them. I hope I don’t find more issues with the car.
