Over the last 20 years I have purchased 2 vehicles from Langmans, and I am now onto my 3rd. A happy experience everytime, my most recent being no different. Friendly and attentive staff, a quick and easy buying experience. Yes I found a few niggles on my "new to me" car, but each were sorted without question. Every car has a history, none are perfect even from new. The issue only comes from how the dealer handles it.... I have no complaints. I would recommend.

Waste of time- don’t recommend

Found the car through a broker and was approved for finance. The car was available straight away and picked up the next working day. I was told it had passed MOT and had a service before the car was collected. Drove as far as Bristol and the UREA light came on as well as a grinding noise coming from the front left tyre, i called the garage and they told me to wait a couple of days and if it’s still a problem take it to my local garage. Due to the grinding noise, i booked it in with my local garage straight away. The day after the engine management light came on, my garage checked the car over and came back with possibly £2000 worth of work that needed to be fixed. The oil pump/oil pump sensor needed fixing, the ball joint/wheel bearing needed replacing, the clutch needed replacing and the thrust bearing along with problems with the ADBLUE sensor plus more that my garage has told me but i can’t recall off the top of my head. The garage was informed and i was told to bring the car back the next day (i live over an hour away from the garage). i was also told there would be a courtesy car waiting for me. I arrived the next day and the courtesy car was not there and they didn’t know when it was going to arrive. We also checked the service book and there was no evidence of a service being done before i collected it let alone the fact it wouldn’t have passed MOT with a wheel bearing needing replacing nor would it pass with an admissions fault.
